These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the z77com website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by z77com ("we", "us", "our", or "z77com"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the z77com Platform. z77com reserves the right to deny access to any person who does not comply with these Terms or who z77com reasonably suspects of violating them.

These Terms should be read alongside the z77com Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

To be eligible to register and use the z77com Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are acting solely on your own behalf as a private individual, not as a commercial agent or for any business purpose;
• You are of sound mind and full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;

• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to any sanctions that would prohibit your participation in online gaming;
• You have not previously had a z77com account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.

z77com employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to provide government-issued identity documents — including a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport — to verify your age, identity, and payment details before withdrawals are processed or bonus funds are released. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the z77com Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your z77com account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information;
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate;

z77com reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, multiple account registration, or provision of false information. In such cases, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.

z77com supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the z77com Platform:

• Deposits are generally credited to your account within sixty (60) seconds of successful payment confirmation;
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours of approval;
• Withdrawals to Pakistani bank accounts (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank) may take up to twenty-four (24) hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule;
• z77com does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges;
• All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not be able to withdraw funds;
• z77com reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing any withdrawal above applicable thresholds;
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit or withdrawal. These limits may vary by payment method;
• Funds deposited must be used for gaming purposes on the Platform. z77com does not operate as a payment processing or money transfer service.

z77com reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal if it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, z77com will notify the account holder and may request additional documentation.

z77com offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 21 and above only;
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms;

All bets placed on the z77com Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules. z77com's general betting conditions are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. z77com does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except where a technical error demonstrably caused an incorrect bet to be placed;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all products and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface;
• In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or game error during a betting session, z77com will use all available records to determine the outcome. Where records are inconclusive, z77com may, at its sole discretion, void the affected round or bet and return the applicable stake;
• z77com reserves the right to void bets placed at odds or stakes that result from a technical error, data feed error, or human error, regardless of whether the event outcome is known at the time of voiding;
• All game outcomes on z77com are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer products, by real-time physical outcomes verified by certified providers including Evolution Gaming;
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international T20s, and Test matches — are governed by sport-specific betting rules published within the sportsbook section of the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the z77com Platform:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person;
• Multiple accounts — registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on the Platform;
• Bonus abuse — exploiting bonus terms through systematic wagering patterns designed to extract value without genuine play intent, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated group exploitation;
• Money laundering — using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity;
• Collusion — coordinating with other players in live game formats to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use of automated software — employing bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Chargebacks — initiating unauthorised payment reversals through your bank or payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on the Platform;
• Underage access — any attempt by a person under 21 years of age to register, deposit, or play on the Platform;
• Harassment — abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour directed at z77com staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from z77com;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use z77com's name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without written authorisation;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of z77com's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z77com, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Loss of funds due to a technical failure, game error, or service interruption, except where such loss is directly attributable to z77com's gross negligence;
• Losses incurred as a result of reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality;
• Any disruption to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond z77com's reasonable control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, regulatory interventions, or telecommunications failures.

In all cases, z77com's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of your net deposits in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

z77com collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

z77com implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Player funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from z77com's operational funds.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your remaining balance subject to these Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which z77com holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to z77com's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notification, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant regulatory body under z77com's gaming licence. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
